Tamagawa Spontaneous Fermentation Kimoto Junmaishu
Stork LabelDry and thoroughly aged to enjoy hot.

One of two sister products brewed with organic rice grown specifically to extend the habitat of the huge, carnivorous Oriental White Stork - in Toyooka City, just a few miles from our brewery. This interpretation is a dry kimoto, ideal for drinking hot with food. This style of brewing and the resulting sake are precisely that which was standard in the Japan of the 19th Century.
