popular Tamagawa product locally. By blending with this spontaneous ermentation
yamahai, we give our baseline product an extra umami turbocharge. This seasonal
limited edition represents the only chance to try the unpasteurized version, and
its combination of deep flavour, drinkability and cost performance makes it the
favourite of many a Tamagawa fan.
